No order and no communication. Poor customer service

I made a purchase on the 19 of July 2023 today it us September 2023 and there is no communication whatsoever to let me know where my order is, '

I have sent emails but there is no response.

If you plan to buy from keebot.com I think it will be best to avoid it at all costs. You will be throwing away your money basically.
