DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I placed on order on the 15th of May for an item that was marked "in stock". Payment was processed and I was told that I would receive my order 10-15 working days later. for those 3 weeks the online portal did not update, it only said order processing. I tried mailing them but you get an auto generated response. tried calling multiple times, got through once - I was told that they would check on my order and get back to me same time, however it has been 10 days since that interaction. I am getting highly flustered and annoyed.
