Property Management Company to avoid

Wish there was an option for a zero on this site. This company is the worst to say the least. They don't send statements, they don't attend to customer complaints, they just don't care. I'm surprised they are still running this ****. Just recently they charged me 3 times the electricity even though usage has decreased given the fact that it's now summer and there's hardly no one on the property during the day.
