I had placed my order on the 15th July 2024 and today it's the 25 July 2024 I have not received my order. There is no communication and the email on the website as well as the contact number they are not working. I had checked the CEO's Instagram events profile and reached out from that profile and the only thing she did was greet me on my WhatsApp on the 23rd July 2024 til today the 25th July 2024 she is not responding to my emails or calls. I just want my refund that's all.
