Over priced bad food, bad service and management

On Sunday the 26th of July we had a family lunch.On arrival to Signal Gun, Ke-Monte restaurant in Durbanville we were asked to place our order immediately because the electricity would be going off and they had two tables inside of 20 people each.And on arrival of our food after I asked our waitress to not put sundried tomatoes in my pasta, it had tomatoes in.I then said that she should take the pasta off the bill and that I would eat at home.The manager came and said that the vegetable pasta is made with cherry tomatoes.I don't eat tomatoes in any form weather it's sundried or cherry.They took the pasta back and brought new ones(or only taken out the tomatoes).This was one of the worst pastas I've ever eaten.The basil pesto in the pasta was over bearing and the pasta was so oily I had to force myself to eat it because this little pasta is costing me R69.To top it all off, upon my sister's arrival she was denied access because she had her toy French poodle with her (which only sits in his bag and is still a puppy and can't be left alone).She already ordered her food because the electricity was going off. She was then forced to pay the food and leave.I would not recommend this place
