KDS delivery service

Their service is good but payment terms and communication around that is very bad! They have a victim mentality and held my business ransom because I paid their invoice the day they sent it, they wanted the money to appear immediately, which wasnt possible because we are at different banks. If they did communicate this it would have been a different story. They are not seeking any means to accommodate a solution with their customers and cannot take any critic. They bully you for money because they are short on cashflow. Dont use!
