A simple repair turning into bad craftsmenship

On the 24th of April I took my leather bag to KDK asking them to repair the strap on the bag. I was promised to have to bag within a week. Only fter 2 weeks I was notified to collect the bag and when I did, I found that the original strap was REPLACED by a dark brown strap. The bag is tan. I left the bag as they promised to fix the damage. On my return another 2 weeks later, the color matched, but the texture of the new strap is totally different from the original bag. It looks like the strap was colored but is done unevenly. Where the strap has been taken off and replaced on the bag, the leather is stretched and the stitching is done in a hurry and not at all neat. When I tried to collect the bag for a 3rd time, they have misplaced the bag and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for them to look for it. When I discussed this with the owner - her promised to sort it out and phone me the next day. He didn't and when I phoned he put the phone down in my ear. I was told via a Facebook posting to collect the bag and never return to the shop. Hennie, if you thought I, or anybody I know, would want to return, you are very arrogant.
