Poni refrigeration- donald

Donald the owner is a complete ***** and argumentive. Had them out to my house now 4 times. The Aircon I'm my room is leaking water and right above my TV that's fixed on the wall. He even charged me for a complete re installation. Which I gladly paid thinking it would solve the problem. He again came out on the 22/2/2022 and charged me again to fix the same leaking problem. He gave me a written guarantee for 6months. Still leaking and he was suppose to come out on Saturday (suggested by him) 12/3/2022 at 9:30. He did not come and I called him at 10am. He told me he's busy with a job and will not come today. I got upset and shouted at him. Who won't? !! He became rude and told me not to pH him again. Am I really at fault here. This is appalling service not to mention *******. This guy must be avoided at all cost. He will hear from me legally.
