**********! A wig is not just a wig

The biggest ******** in the block! Beware guys, their website has legit wigs but wait till you receive it 😪 pathetic synthetic hair worse than those you see on the manikins at the shops. The contact information (email) on the website is **** and unreachable, the only email working is the one they send these “beautiful offers” and notifications with but even that one belongs to a heartless consultant who believes that a wig is a wig just so that they don’t have to refund you. It’s doesn’t matter whether you confirm receiving or report defects to them they just don’t care. Which goes against their vision, mission and values they apparently go by.

Don’t buy anything you see on the website because it’s ****, they advertise legit wigs but dispatch synthetic hair then refuse to refund or resolve the matter. Their customer service is an automated bot, it only frustrates you further, doesn’t resolve issues and when you raise more concerns “it just apologises for bad customer experience”
