Suzuki motorcycle parts

In october/2014 I went to Suzuki KCR in kempton park to order rear right panel for my Burgman 650 and after a lot of lies and empty promises I receive the panel in the middle of 02/2015 is this normal to take 5 full months for this panel to arrive? Where does it come from? <br> Secondly I needed head light bracket and some other small parts<br> I called Suzuki KCR one more time on the 10-11/01/2015 speaking to Derrick once again who told me that the bracket was in stock so I must come and pay and I could have it the next day in the afternoon<br> From there on I have gone at least 7-10 times I have called so many times just to be told that Derrick will call me back and today almost 2 months after I still don't have the required parts and I'm still waiting for that call .I have bean told that Suzuki head office is busy unpacking the container with parts and it takes long time to check all the parts inside the container!!!!Suzuki KCR sucks, and are time wasters and if the service doesn't improve u will loose one customer for sure.So here I'm asking you guys did u manage to unpack your container so that I can get my part or I must wait a year before that can happen???
