No money to deliver service after receiving 70% deposit

<p>KCM Windmills received a deposit to repair and move a windmill on 03 May but by 30 June 2017 kept on giving excuses that has nothing to do with the service required. From gearbox problems, no transport, and latly not having money to deliver the required service. </p>
