Kbb Smartways, Electricity and water management, Located at : van der walt & griesel street, Delmas. With 3 alternative numbers cant keep up the pace of demand. They have taken over the contract over this towns electricity meters. Tokens are being rejected. Calls dont get answered. The claim to be either overloaded or off line, yet they cant work in on sundays to assist with the back log! People has to go in automatic loadshed because we cant load our tokens that gets rejected, some had to wait up to 3 days to be helped. We want Kbb smartways out of gmm-secunda. our meters worked perfectly before they took over with empty promises and not enough research!
