KB towing

KB towing told us they were an approved auto and general service provider. However they were not. They even had someone talk to us on the phone at the scene of the accident and convince us everything will be covered and a day later my husband was asked to pay R9000 as they were not approved. They totally refused to resolve the issue and was arrogant and even asked me " what would u like me to do now" in an professional tone. I would rather leave my car on the roadside than use their services again
