********* and false advertising
They listed a property in Waverley, Bloemfontein for 2.7 million rand and even gave me a hard copy of this listing upon viewing the property with the listed price of 2.7 million rand. I made arrangements to sign the offer to purchase and in the time between viewing the property in the morning and signing the offer to purchase for the property in the afternoon, the listing price was increased to 2.9 million rand. The offer of full listing price of 2.7 million rand was then rejected. This I feel is false advertising and very ********* of the estate agent. Very unprofessional.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We did all we could and you did get the property for R2.7 million. So sorry that we did not have Hellopeter sooner to address this issue that you had.
