No customer care s****s

Very poor. I was sent a message from my son's school, to please contact "Karin" regarding our photos we ordered as she refuses to order them as there was a problem. I contacted the lady, while trying to explain what the situation was I was interrupted and told the school must resolve the problem. I tried explaining to her I received a msg to say I must sort it out myself. She asked me who my son was I gave her the details, tells me I didn't order the photos correctly with required number...the more I tried to explain that I never received a unique number the ruder and more agitated she got with me on the phone. She then said the school sent out a form, I rep**** and said I only received an envelope and no number was on their. "Well you must go on the internet and look through the 300 children and see where your child is and get the number. She continued her verbal abuse over the phone, I was now getting upset. This lady was clearly frustrated, and took it out on me and when I told her "Listen to me my dear" she replies and says don't you dear me, I then said to her that she was very rude for someone in business, and I was not going to leave this here, she replies and tells me I'm rude. I will NEVER reccomend or do any busines with this lady, she is very unprofessional, rude and has no s**** when dealing with clients.?
