<div>On 24 July I order bags and sunglasses from Kaywell store at value of R1520 and received the following day. After opening my order I have noticed that the quality of bags are very poor compared to their picture. On 26 July I sent an email requesting to return the bag, they responded and told me that "The missing element with lot of people is lack of creativity with regards to advertising and requested me to explain where the different was. Again I responded specifying the different since then they did not respond. On 31 July I sent a follow - up email again they did not respond till today and their return policy say they only accept return within 30 days.</div>
