Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with both Amy and Sarah from Kayser Baird Insuurance Brokers. I called Amy to get a quote re changing my policy. Sarah requested a copy of my current policy and literally within a day had a brilliant offer, which saved me a considerable amount of money. All the necessary documents were emailed to me for the change to take place without a fuss. Once the new policy was in place, I was emailed the policy document and advised to cancel my existing policy. About 4 weeks later I contacted Amy to add to my policy and this done without any fuss. This whole interaction from start to finish was done with efficiency and professionalism.
