Dont waste your time and money

Please stay away from Kays Jewellery they are highly priced and service delivery is very poor,I dealt with Tin and asked him to repair my pair of ear rings ,He took them and then said they would quote me ,3 days later he had come back with an amount of which I approved via sms and phoned him directly to confirm to move ahead,he spoke to me in a very disrespctfull tone but I didnt think to address it 4 days later I get a message that its ready to be collected ,I get there at 8:45 as I assumed they open at 9 on a Monday,they see me waiting past nine and leave me to wait they only there doors at 9:15 even thou there were 2 customers waiting one who decided to leave.He then says they were not ready to open and there was traffic etc I found this very unprofessional espcailly for a store that is not busy all the time ,I get to the till as Im now is a hurry only to find out my jewellery was never sent in,it was in the same condition as I left it.Please guys take your buisness somewhere else to a company that actually gives a damn.
