Would I recommend Kay's Gates?

One call resulted in a visit from Gary Lotter. His advice was clear, the options were reviewed, and two comparative quotes were received within a few days. On acceptance, my existing gates were collected in line with your promises, and the team that did the work was pleasant, clearly knew what they needed to do, and completed it quickly and without fuss. The prescribed work was completed entirely as discussed, and the renovated gates, looking as good as new, were returned, installed and 'de-bugged', after which the site was properly cleaned up, and a quick service was given to the other Kay's gates that I have. Gary Lotter then returned for a courtesy inspection. I am a very happy customer, and a great ambassador for Kay's Gates. Thank you. If I had any concerns, they would have addressed the time it took to do the prescribed repair work, but the job was not pressurised by time.
