DISGUSTING SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

We went to Kayreed in June to get a quotation for kitchen boards and a lady called ***mieda Pandor assisted with that. We chose countertops and all was included in the total price, however she failed to explain to us that they don’t supply granite tops. When the delivery was made, we noticed it was not granite but a normal PF top- Even the colour was incorrect!! We gave her a call on Monday to make her aware of this and she said she’d rectify it. A few days later they came to collect the tops and were told we’d get a refund. It’s been over a month, each time we call we get transferred to the manager: Dewald van der merwe, who happens to be very RUDE and has no people s****s. They’ve taken back the material and he tells us we’ll NEVER get a REFUND. I was very disappointed by the service I got and I doubt even our carpenter will ever purchase boards from his company after the TERRIBLE experience we got. It was our first kitchen renovation and I don’t think I’ll ever buy from KAYREED for our next project. Very unprofessional!!!!!
