Horribly disappointed customer!

I had the displeasure in purchasing my son a Waxies melt n mould chocolate bear and he absolutely couldn’t wait to try it out. We followed the instructions on the side of the box perfectly and the chocolate just would not melt. I kept putting it back in the microwave but ages later still no luck. I contacted the email address listed in the side of the box and received the most abrasive response ever telling my that basically it’s a user error and that they don’t sell melt n mould chocolates. Please do yourself a favor and do not under any circumstances purchase this product!
