Kaybeauty extensions BAD SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!

I am so disappointing in Kaybeauty extensions. I would see their posts on Instagram and would dream of ordering from them until I did then it turned into a nightmare. I bought the hair via their website and paid using the direct payment method on 05/07/2023 around 6pm. I sent a POP to their Whatsapp number AND as a direct message on Instagram. Its been 10 working days and I still haven't received a tracking number or my wig all they do is make empty promises. On their Instagram website they have stated that processing time is 7 working days (which ended 14/07/2023) and delivery takes 2-3 working days (last day 19/07/2023). I still haven't received my tracking number in all this mess. I requested the tracking number on the 13/07/2023 and I was assured I would get it the next day! at this point they are ignoring me EVERYWHERE! I just want what I payed for!
