Withdrawal cancelled despite request to NOT CANCEL
I won some money on one of the games and then proceeded to withdraw the maximum that I could. After 3 business days I received an email requesting me to upload or send my documents and banking details, which I did. Then I received another email advising that there is a R500 bonus if I cancel my withdrawal. I rep****, stating that I did not want to cancel. Short afterwards, I received another email informing me that my withdrawal was cancelled and the R500 bonus sent by email. I then did a withdrawal again. Now I wonder if I'll ever get paid.
