Where is my 100% bonus and 150 spins

Yesterday I received a promotional sms from them saying 100% bonus and 150 spins. Deposited R85 under the promotion yesterday even today I still have not received the bonus or spins. Emailed them numerous times. I received an email from *** same company offering another promo a level up this time. Responded and told him or her that I'm still waiting for the promo bonus still nothing.

I hope it's an error I will get the bonus but I'm not happy with betway no delays you get your R25 bonus immediately.
