Takes money but wont process withdrawals endless excuses

So tried this new platform, Enjoyed it until it came to withdrawal. I was requested to upload Fica Documents which I ended up having to mail as their system would take it says my Proof of Address evidence is too large when it is the same as my bank account which was successful uploaded. Endless chats with endless agents with no success. Each time different agent has a different story from 48 hrs to confirm Fica documents as per their system to their agents saying 7 working days. clearly this platform is doggy be careful
