Been a client of Kayamoola for almost a year. I always played, but never withdraw any winnings. I won R5000. When I made a withdrawal, they suddenly block my account. Tried eversince to have my account re opened and query as to why it was blocked with a pending withdrawal? Still waiting in a response from them, even the phones goes unanswered.

In order a withdrawal to be executed, your account needs to be FICA verified.
In the other hand, after checking your account we see that no withdrawal was requested by you since you are a player of KayaMoola.
Also, no such winnings are reflected on your account.
