Poor service

I was testing it because they where always reminding me that i have to play their casino games. Then this year i decided to buy a voucher and give it try then boom i win and withdraw just to see if i will get the money. It's been 5 days now without getting anything funny part is just a small money yet i can't get it. They are asking me same simple question everyday but with no changes. I'm a not happy with it all. Especially for someone who is trying to make a living with gambling.
