Kayamoola- Robbing me of my Winnings
I played on kayamoola and took my wager up to 6k I then got kicked out of the site and when I logged back on the 6k disappeared. I emailed the support team immediately to advise them what had happened. I also took a screenshot of my winnings(thank God I did that) I then deposited money again and play and won 1k. I withdrew that 1k. Then I get a reply on email saying I did a withdrawal so my 6k cancelled. I am querying with them that my 6k disappeared way before I deposited again and way before I did a withdrawal. All I am getting is excuses and NO1 at kayamoola seems to know what they saying. I want my 6k wager back , I played and I won it and Kayamoola is now robbing me for it. I await feedback

We investigated the case again with our technical department and got confirmation that the bonus was cancelled by you and you did confirm that. We are sorry that you didn't pay attention to the message.

At 2022-10-03 19:34:15 bonus claim was cancelled by your request
