Guaranteed win

I got guaranteed wins on kayamoola and they said I'll win up to 10 000 every week then at the end of the program it will be 40 000. I spent 5 000 on the program and they said if I don't win at all they will refund me they never said winning R1 is also a win. At the end of the program I got R300 which I don't consider a win but they don't want to refund my money cause that was not our agreement on the email
