Ery bad customer service

No customer service. They just collect money. When you win they don't want to pay and ignore you. People do not deposit money for this people. I have lock myself out of my acc there is still over R2000 in my active acc. I have withdraw R4000. I hav estruggel to get into my acc going now for over 12 hours.

After checking your account we can see that you are requesting withdrawals and you are cancelling them afterwards. Therefore, we are not aware what amount you would like to withdraw and cannot continue with the withdrawal procedure.
