Customer service and promotions
The customer service is not of the best and I saw a promotion of 50spins, scratch cards and lotto tickets the promotion didnt say ill get 10 spins a day I only heard of that after I paid and then you must have a balance off R20 on your account ut you paid already

Please note that the rule of having balance of R20 is not applicable anymore, so you can play the bonuses even without a balance.
