These clowns are breaking the law by holding and processing personal information without the owner's consent or knowledge

Exactly! Why am I receiving marketing sms messages from you if you dont have permission to use my personal information? I am not registered with you but you still marketed to me. I'll be communicating with the regulator to make them aware of your operation. Proof of the sms with a generic link that leads to your website was posted on your social media. The link has since been deleted so it no longer leads to your site but we know you are using sms studio and their records will prove your campaigns were run...
