Solar Systems - Kayabona Trading Johan Otto

One year ago Mr Johan Otto from Kayabona Trading installed a solar system at my home. He said he would install a 5Kw inverter but installed a 3Kw inverter with 6 panels on the roof. He did not install a switch between Centlec and the solar system - so that I could see how many units are still left on Centlec. He said that he completely forgot about it and will send back the Technician on the Monday. He never came. Then it was a problem to get an Invoice to give to my Financial Broker. Mr Otto also never came to do the COC. My Financial broker has been trying to contact Mr Otto because the Invoice was not correct and he did not do the COC - which is needed for SARS. You can call, send a voice note, etc. He just never comes back but he is doing big installations from SA to Botswana. I had to pay someone to install a switch - because Mr Otto from Kayabona never showed up. I am so disappointed in this company from Rustenburg/Koster.
