Non delivery and refusing to answer calls

After months of continuous excuses about when my installation would be completed, I told him that I wanted a refund for the components not installed. Since then he has refused to accept any call from us and if called from another number he hangs up the phone as soon as he hears it is us. Avoid doing business with Johan Otto at all cost
