Beeeeeen waiting for my prize

Approximately 7 weeks ago I won on the B Side, a show hosted by Bridget Masinga on Kaya FM. I won R3500 and a hamper. However they did not communicate with me for a long time until I tweeted and started sending emails about my prizes. The Ts & Cs state that the winner should receive their prize within 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately for me that has not happened, I'm still waiting for the R3500 even though I've sent my ID copy and bank statement.

It's a bit disappointing because this is one of my favorite radio stations and I mean R3500 is really not that much. I communicated with a lady by the name of Bongiwe Khumalo who is the sponsorships and promotions coordinator.
