POOR QUALITY RING FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRICE, POOR POST SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought my wedding ring from the Kay Jewellers Centurion Branch. Within less than 2 months of wearing the expensive wedding ring, a stone fell. I took it back to the branch for repairs. In total 3 stones have fallen within a space of 6 months, every time I take it back the service consultants are unable to explain what could be the course. I emailed the store requesting a refund on 18 October. I was asked to bring the ring in for assessment, I did on 20 Oct. Their process requires that the ring is assessed before refunding the customer. To date, I have not been refunded. When I call the store I am told that the person responsible is not available and will give me feedback when they return. I escalated the matter to the head office, even there the head office`s Mike committed to get back to me on the 11th Nov, I still have no feedback. I have never been so disappointed! 28 days without a wedding ring, poor service at branch level and at head office level.
