Disappointing customer service

I bought a Kawasaki Versys from Kawasaki lifestyle in Centurion. From day one there were no customer service. If I did not constantly phone in and followed up I still wouldn't have had my bike. <br> <br> I ordered 3 extra's (Top box, hand guards and wind screen) with the bike and it was paid for together with the bike. I was told that it would be fitted and ready for collection on the 1st of August 2015. When I collected the bike only the top box was fitted and the salesman advised that I can come and collect the outstanding extras the following week. <br> <br> That same words (\it will be here next week") were used for the following 3 months after which I found out that the salesman who helped me does not work there anymore. During this period I was not contacted once. All communication came from me following up. <br> <br> After this I called the owner whom assured me that he will sort it out and I can come and collect the hand guards at least. It was the not the hand guards I wanted but I took it anyway as I couldn't wait anymore. He advised that I could come and collect the wind screen \""next week\"". I still don't have it and the owner is out of the country and nobody knows what is going on.... <br> <br> """
