Zero Service

So eventually gained enough stickers to earn a reward at Kauai.. went to the counter to order my feee smoothi and produced the reward voucher only to be told it had already been used.. (not possible)... has to then use my discovery vitality reward instead.. then once I sat down suddenly received a notification to state my free Kauai reward has now been redeemed (despite not being able to use it as I was told it had been used already... My issue is I sent Kauai a message and received a notification to say they would get back to me... sent a message two days later again, again received a message to say they would get back to me.... Days later and not one word from Kauai... Disappointing as they have great product but the after/before sales service is lacking greatly!
