Wrong order twice in a day

I visited your Kloof street branch twice today and on both occasions I received terrible service. Both times the wrong order was taken despite me speaking a very fluent English. The staff seemed unapologetic about the incidents which really isn't good for what seems to be a flagship store in the Western Cape. Very disappointing. Luckily the mother city is abundant with restaurants. I won't be eating here again.
