Worst customer service/unprofessional/double-charged me

Kauai in the Virgin Active Tygervalley is the most unprofessional, shoddy place. No wonder it's always empty...

1 - charged me twice for one order and refuse to pay a refund. I tried to pay with my card and they told me that the payment did not get through. So I paid with cash. As soon as I sat down, I saw on my banking app that the payment went through. I reported to the teller, they said they would revert the transaction. Guess what... they did not. I returned twice to report this problem and every time they brush me off, told me to wait or to come back another week. I left my details at the teller twice but no one called me back. Don't you think that it is their responsibility to return the money? Why should I chase them around?

2 - The manager is never at their duty. They told me that the manager went to the mall to do the shopping and if I need to talk to him/her, I must wait for 20 minutes. I wonder how many people can go shopping while supposed to be on duty.

3 - Tables are always dirty. Never found a clean table to sit at.

4 - Staff is wearing their masks below their noses. The "best" attitude for the food-serving place in the middle of a pandemic!

5 - Staff is mostly ignoring you if come over. One time I wanted to sit at a table and the staff member walked in front of me, grabbed the chair I was going to sit on, and carried it away without explanation.

Unlikely I will even come there again.
