Worst App and Worst Customer Service

Every time I order on the Kauai app for this store, when I arrive at the store they have no idea about my order, thus I have to basically wait until they find the order and payment and then they start making it. Making the app completely pointless and just wasting customers time. However I thought I had a solution to solve my previous 5 orders that they never received; I called the store to make sure order was in, and obviously it wasn't. So I ordered and asked them to start on it, they confirmed they would. When my driver arrived there, they still had no idea to locate the payment done online, and only started the order once my driver was there, order only became available 1hour 15min after I had called! which was 1 hour 30min after I had placed the order online. At the store Refilwe told my driver they can't locate any order for me and that he should of brought my phone proving order, this is after I spoke to Refilwe regarding collection and she told me to just give my name on arrival!
