Why offer free smoothies when you cannot redeem them?

What is the point of offering free smoothies and coffees thru Virgin Active when you cant actually get them? This week I was told system is offline, today there is no internet. So then you cant use the voucher on the App. And this is when the Virgin Active App actually works!! Half the time that doesnt work properly either! It is just a shambles!! Not acceptable from Virgin Active and Kauai.
