Westville mall branch Kauai

I went to the Westville mall branch Saturday 28 Jan. I ordered three smoothies which took over 20 minutes to made and served. People that came after me ordered two smoothies and got their order waaaaay before ours.... I'm not sure if they have VIP cards because they were served before me!!! Despite asking where our drinks were the lady behind the counter instead mopped the floor. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! I will not be returning ever again 😒
