We where refused service for claiming free smoothy

Last night at 20:30 we went down to the Kauai in virgin active sunning dale, wanting to claim our free smoothy we got via our rewards. mine going to expire. we where refused services as they said they can only help us if we do cash as they already cleaning up. Went on explaining to us that the smoothies they make during day keeps them so busy they cant even go to bathroom etc.<br> So my complaint is why would they be willing to take cash if they have cashed up for the day. Logically a voucher witch means no cash to recount and add to your float should be the easy choice. Now I have lost my voucher because i was refused service
