Watered down smoothies

For the past 3 weeks when using my vitality voucher to get a free smoothie I have gotten watered down versions om my favourite smoothies. If this is the policy when using a voucher then its fine but if not I don't think its fair. I pay alot of money for discovery to recieve such bad quality.
