Watered Down smoothie and really slow service!

I am a loyal Kauai client and I love your smoothies, until I had the worst service and the most disgusting smoothie and juice at your Big Bay branch. I waited 30 minutes for a juice that normally takes 5 minutes to make. Only to get the Heart Beet Juice and Peanut Butter Bomb, that tasted like watered down dishwater. I could not even taste any of the Beetroot in the juice. It almost tasted like they rinsed the blender and gave me that to drink. The Peanut butter bomb had a milky taste and no Peanut butter. So disappointing. I could not even finish them, gave it back to the guy over the counter and did not get an apology! Really Sad! I will now buy my smoothies at Food*****s!
