Wasted my reward on a smoothie I didn’t get

I am appalled by the service at Kauai virgin active Richards bay. Firstly it took the lady 2min to come take my order because she was on the phone. She eventually rudely takes it and I wait for 20min, I ordered a Gem smoothie. When I complain she asks “didn’t you order a berry dairy” meaning that she actually mixed up my order. She proceeds to say “we have many orders and everybody knows you wait long here”.

I eventually left without getting my smoothie because the disrespect and disregard for my time was at height.
