Waiting for my breakfast through lunch

As I'm writing this, I'm still waiting for my breakfast. I placed my order over 40 minutes ago. I was just told now that I have to wait, because there is only 2 staff members in the kitchen. Had I known that it would take so long, I would have gone somewhere else. They should seriously warn people beforehand about **** like this...
