Very unhappy with service from Kauai.

Very dissatisfied with the service recieved from this brand. I purchased a subscription for 15 smoothies for 15 consecutive days. Due to protest action and unrest the store was closed for 5 days for valid reasons however they only reimbursed me for 1 smoothie! I am deeply upset as I have emailed them and called them continuously. I do not think this brand appreciates it's consumers.
