Very disappointed

I had a Virgin Active Smoothie Voucher that I just received minutes before I tried to redeem it at this Kauai.

First of all the guy told me their Dirty Chai is sold out. This tends to happen almost everytime.

Then he scanned my voucher for a Berry Dairy and he added our food to it. Which we thought he will do after making sure my voucher works. Then he told me that it did not go through and scanned it again. He told me it did not go through again for a second time, but when I opened my Virgin Active App my voucher stated redeemed or expired. When I looked at the expiry date it stated 7 daes to expiry and I showed him, since I recieved it just now. They just said:"Sorry mam we can not help". They did not even tried and was rude about it.This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed in this matter. Not only did they loose money out of us, but loyal clients!!!!
